Armenian Public TV invites an HR specialist to join its team, who will be responsible for the accurate organization of staff document circulation in accordance with RA legislation.

Job Responsibilities

  •  Enter the data related to the employees into the AS system and ensure the regular updating of the data,
  •  Carry out processes of drawing up and validating all legal acts during employment, in particular, draw up individual legal acts, employment contracts and serrvice contracts, agreements, material liability contracts, handover-acceptance acts, ensure their signing and sealing,
  •  Compile and manage employees' personal files in accordance with the requirements of legislation and company rules,
  •  Receive and process business trip documents,
  •  Compile reports,
  •  Compile an application for the registration of a hired worker to be submitted in the electronic system of reports of the RA CA SRC,
  •  Compile, process job descriptions of the company,
  •  Carry out other work arising from official duties.

 

Required Qualifications

  •  Higher education in human resource management, sociology, psychology and/or other relevant specializations,
  •  Trainings in human resource management are mandatory,
  •  At least 2 year of work experience in the field of human resources management,
  •  Knowledge of RA Labor legislation,
  •  Excellent knowledge of Armenian, knowledge of foreign languages ​​will be considered as an advantage,
  •  Good knowledge of computer programs: AS, Muberry MS Office, MS Excel,
  •  Ability to work with confidential information,

 The Public TV of Armenia CJSC is looking for Procurement  Specialist to assume the responsibilities of the Company’s purchase processing commission secretary, to draw up contracts and minutes of purchase proceedings, to publish the invitations of purchase proceedings, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Assumes the responsibilities of the Company’s purchase processing commission secretary,
  • Responsible for organizing and coordinating the customer’s purchase proceedings,
  • Carries out the works of purchase plan coordination, update and publishing in hard copies and through www.armeps.am/ppcm/ eaction,
  • Draws up and submits to the customer the purchase proceedings minutes and contracts,
  • Draws up the minutes of the assessing commission sessions, notifies of the tender results, collects the documents required from the winning participant and ensures their archiving,
  • Publishes the invitations, minutes and other legally required documents regarding purchase proceedings on www.gnumner.am,
  • Assesses the purchase documents approved by the customer, ensures the conformity of the documents to the conditions defined by the RA legislation with respect to purchases,
  • Edits tender contracts,
  • Carries out other tasks relevant to the position, assigned by direct supervisor.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Higher education in economy, law and/or other related field,
  • Purchase coordinator qualification is a must have,
  • Excellent knowledge of RA legislation on Purchases,
  • At least three years of experience in purchase processing,
  • Critical and analytical thinking,
  • Excellent knowledge of Armeps system,
  • Foreign language knowledge will be considered an advantage,
  • Ability to work under stress,
  • Written and verbal communication skills,
  • Strong sense of responsibility,
  • Time management ability,
  • Regular trainings in purchase processing field is a plus.
