Job description:

“Public Television Company of Armenia” CJSC is looking for an Engineer of Portable TV Stations Exploitation and Technical Provision Department, who will carry out the installation and support of equipment for portable TV stations during the filming and ensure uninterrupted reception and transmission of signals during live broadcasts.

Job responsibilities

  • Carry out the installation, support, combination and verification of equipment of portable TV stations during filming,
  • Ensure uninterrupted reception and transmission of signals during filming and live broadcasts with the participation of portable TV station, check image and sound quality,
  • Manage technical parameters of TV cameras during shooting, check image quality, in case of failures find out the reason and try to eliminate it,
  • Carry out other tasks arising from official duties.

Required qualifications

  • Higher technical education,
  • Knowledge of Armenian, English, Russian,
  • Knowledge of computer equipment and telecommunication means operating rules,
  • Sense of responsibility,
  • Teamwork ability,
  • Experience in relevant field will be an advantage.

“Public Television Company of Armenia” CJSC is looking for a System Administrator, who will design, change, improve the computer network of the Company and ensure uninterrupted operation of the computer equipment and network. For the position can also apply final-year students of higher education institutions.

Job responsibilities

  • Install operating systems and software on computers, provide ongoing maintenance, updates, as well as IT support and consulting to employees, perform formatting,
  • Eliminate malfunctions of control-room equipment, as well as mounting and broadcasting computers,
  • Solve physical and software problems of computers, provide ongoing maintenance,
  • Design, create, maintain, change and improve the computer network of the Company,
  • Ensure the availability, work and updates of computers and network antivirus systems,
  • Open and close email accounts, perform ongoing support,
  • Carry out other tasks arising from official duties.

Required qualifications

  • Higher education in IT or related field,
  • 1 year of relevant experience is desirable,
  • Ability to work in shifts (24-hour graphic),
  • Extensive knowledge in the field of information technologies,
  • Interpersonal communication and negotiation skills,
  • Analytical skills,
  • Ability to work with team,
  • Ability to work in stress situation, as well as to keep deadlines,
  • Ability to work with operating systems, “System Images, backup and restore”, knowledge of File Systems,
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WLAN,
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Windows 7/10 operating systems,
  • System and software incident detection skills,
  • Knowledge of the physical structure of computers, basic knowledge of network switching,
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian.

Job description

Public Television Company of Armenia invites a motion graphic designer to join its team, who will be responsible for the preparation of mobile infographics for news programs, animation solutions for reports as well as product quality and deadlines.
 

Job responsibilities

  • Creation of background materials for news broadcasts,
  • Familiarization with the release materials and design images or videos that are displayed on the live translation.
  • Preparation of mobile infographics,
  • Monitoring of the entire process of implementation of the works, as well as the quality and deadlines of the products,
  • Preparation of animated solutions in reports,
  • Perform other work arising from official duties.


Required qualifications

  • Knowledge of "Adobe After Effects" and "Adobe Photoshop" programs is a must,
  • Knowledge of English professional vocabulary,
  • Teamwork player,
  • Quick orientational skills,
  • Ability to work with deadlines and in stressful situations,
  • Knowledge of the "Resolume arena" program will be considered an advantage.
