Viktoria Stepanyan is a strategic international relations professional with extensive experience in media diplomacy and global communications. She has been working at Public TV of Armenia since 2019 and currently serves as the Head of the International Relations Department, where she develops and implements international strategies, oversees diplomatic and media partnerships, and coordinates high-profile projects, including co-productions and public debates. 

Viktoria played a key role in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022, hosted in Armenia, where she managed accommodation and logistics for international delegations. Her expertise in large-scale event organisation extends to her time working on UWC Dilijan’s "Just Dilijan It!" project, where she supported international educational initiatives, coordinated stakeholder communications, and contributed to program development.
